Q: How long does it take to receive my order?Â

For pre-sale items, please note that it may take up to 1-2 months for your order to be shipped

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?Â
A: Yes! A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package ships. Â

Q: Will I be charged import fees or taxes? Â
A: Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are determined by your local customs office.
Q: What if my package is lost or returned?
A: Weâre not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us, weâll email you to arrange a reshipping fee.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges? Â
A: Yes, we offer 7-day no-reason return/exchange after delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?Â
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will also deduct original shipping fees from your refund ($10â25, or $25â40 if shipped by DHL).
Q: Can I return after 7 days? Â
A: After 7 days, we accept returns only for quality issues or sizing problems. Return/exchange shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
Q: What if I received a defective or wrong item? Â
A: Please email us with photos as proof. Once confirmed, weâll arrange a replacement or full refund. đ«¶
