💌 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long does it take to receive my order? 
 In stock A: Each product page shows the estimated handling time. For example, “Handling time: 3-5 business days” means we will ship your order within 5 business days after payment.  

For pre-sale items, please note that it may take up to 1-2 months for your order to be shipped
📌 TIP: Processing time is separate from shipping time!
Total delivery time = handling time + shipping time

Q: How long does shipping take? 
USA: 2-15 business days after shipment  

🌎 Other countries: 7-17 business days (varies depending on location and customs)

Q: Will I receive a tracking number? 
A: Yes! A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package ships.

Q: Will I be charged import fees or taxes?  
A: Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are determined by your local customs office.

Q: What if my package is lost or returned?
A: We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to us, we’ll email you to arrange a reshipping fee.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?  
A: Yes, we offer 7-day no-reason return/exchange after delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Q: Who pays for return shipping? 
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will also deduct original shipping fees from your refund ($10–25, or $25–40 if shipped by DHL).

Q: Can I return after 7 days?  
A: After 7 days, we accept returns only for quality issues or sizing problems. Return/exchange shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Q: What if I received a defective or wrong item?  
A: Please email us with photos as proof. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund. đŸ«¶

 

 📏 SIZING & FIT

Q: How do I choose the right size?  
A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please measure yourself carefully and compare with our chart.  
📌 If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.

Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?  
A: Yes, as long as it’s unworn and returned within 7 days. You’ll need to cover return and reshipment fees.
